Service Description

Whether you are brand new to yoga or wish to deepen your practice, this class is designed to offer you the foundations in the disciplines of Meditation, Movement( Asana) , Pranayama ( working with the breath), Mantras, Mudras and a sprinkling of Philosophy. The teachings of Yoga are expansive and a lifetime dedication. This course is borne of my own personal yoga journey over the past 18 years and I consider it an honour to share and shape this offering with you. These classes are best suited for the Over 60's. These classes will take place in my petite home studio of My Yoga Seed on Oldham Edge on Mondays nights from 6pm (60 min classes) . The movement part of the course is suitable for all including beginners as alternatives and adaptations will be offered to suit our own unique beings. The numbers are limited to 4 people. I need a minimum of 2 x people for these classes to go ahead so I encourage you to please book early to avoid disappointment.

Subject to discretion classes can be transferred if we are notified 24 hours before the scheduled class. If no notification received and no show then it will not be possible to transfer the class.
