Fundamentals of Yoga 
for the Over 60's 
Mondays 6pm. 

My Yoga Seed, Oldham Edge
£7 per Class /Monthly Options Available 

Whether you are brand new to yoga or wish to deepen your practice, this course is designed to offer you the foundations in the disciplines of Meditation, Movement

( Asana) , Pranayama ( working with the breath), Mantras, Mudras and a sprinkling of Philosophy. The teachings of Yoga are expansive and a lifetime dedication. This course is borne of my own personal yoga journey over the past 18 years and I consider it an honour to share and shape this offering with you.

These classes are best suited for the Over 60's. 

These classes will take place in my petite home studio of My Yoga Seed on Oldham Edge on Mondays nights from 6pm (60 min classes) . The movement part of the course is suitable for all including beginners as alternatives and adaptations will be offered to suit our own unique beings. The numbers are limited to 5 people.

Slow Flow into Meditation
Mondays 7.30pm
My Yoga Seed, Oldham Edge 
£7 per Class.  

Starting with an opening breath led meditation designed to connect with the body and anchor you in the present moment, I will lead you through a carefully curated sequence to bring flow, energy and movement into your whole physical and energetic body.  We will end with some Yin and/or Restorative postures in Savasana. This class is best suited to people with some experience of yoga/pilates. 

It is recommended that you book early to secure your place as spaces are limited to 6.

Gentle Yoga into Meditation 
Wednesdays
 6pm 
Manchester Yoga Central, Victoria Warehouse, Old Trafford. 
£8 per class or pricing plans available. 

The beauty of this gentle flow is that you get to work through a choreographed sequence but you are encouraged to do so with a sense of calm, intention and attention. It is so important to approach this practice with mindfulness and to connect not only to your breath but to also listen to the innate & inbuilt intelligence that our bodies already possess. As we move through postures, we maybe stay there for 4 or 5 breaths but it's not about holding a rigid posture but rather exploring the pose and seeing how your body responds. It's all about making the pose work for your body at this very moment in time. Opening and closing, deepening and rising with the breath. Awakening to the more subtle layers within which radiate from our Centre of Gravity. We will bring the practice to a close with a guided mindful meditation.

Thursdays
 6.30pm
