| 100% Organic Therapeutic Roller-balls. This is an aromatherapy blend I call Yoga Bliss. It is a deeply calming, grounding oil but has also expansive qualities to bring us into a quietened sense of being in preparation for our Yoga practice on the mat or meditation. These are home-blended with love. I offer a number of different blends to suit differing requirements. This is Yoga Bliss which is designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to bring about a deep sense of calm. The blend consists of Cedarwood ( connects with our root chakra promoting grounding & stability) , Sandalwood (calms the emotions & quietens the mental chit chat) , Elemi ( balance & unifying our energies, deep sense of peace and clarity), Rosewood ( calming & promotes connection with our crown and base chakra), Mandarin ( inner joy) and Palmarosa ( healing & restoring focus in meditation) . I recommend dabbing on your pulse points on your wrists, behind your ears, your third eye and also inhaling deeply 3 times before beginning your practice to avail of all that this beautiful blend has to offer. I use an Organic Coconut Oil as a carrier base. Not for ingestion. External Use only. Note for use in Pregnancy. Always do a patch test prior first. Shake before use.
