These are home-blended with love. I offer a number of different blends to suit differing requirements.This is Earth which is designed to ground you and help you find balance in your physical & energy bodies as well as your mind.
The blend consists of Patchouli( eases stress & anxiety, promoting relaxiation) , Sandalwood ( calms the emotions & quietens the mental chit chat) , Vertiver ( balance) & Geranium ( balancing and uplifting) and Clary Sage (stress reduction & a natural anti-depressent ) . This has a beautiful earthy woody smell and I often use as a perfume as well as for it's therapeutic values.
I recommend dabbing on your pulse points on your wrists, behind your ears, your third eye and also simply keeping in a handy place to inhale when you need that warming sense of calm.
I use an Organic Grapeseed Oil as a carrier base. Not for ingestion. External Use only. Always do a patch test prior first. Shake before use.
