Service Description
Starting with an opening breath led meditation designed to connect with the body and anchor you in the present moment, I will lead you through a carefully curated sequence to bring flow, energy and movement into your whole physical and energetic body. We will end with some Yin and/or Restorative postures in Savasana. This class is best suited to people with some experience of yoga/pilates. It is recommended that you book early to secure your place as spaces are limited to 4. I need a minimum of 2 x people for these classes to go ahead so I encourage you to please book early to avoid disappointment.

Subject to discretion classes can be transferred if we are notified 24 hours before the scheduled class. If no notification received and no show then it will not be possible to transfer the class.
