A gentle and exploratory yoga class to kickstart your week.

In this 60 min class we will move through a series of postures working initially from the floor and then up through to standing. This is a Hatha based practice with influences of Yin. It is a beautiful, breath led class to awaken your body and prepare you for the week ahead both physically and mentally. We will close with a Guided Mindful Meditation. This class is offered via zoom. It is suitable for all levels including Beginners.
Subject to discretion classes can be transferred if we are notified 24 hours before the scheduled class. If no notification received and no show then it will not be possible to transfer the class.
