Update January 2022: ............ So finally it feels like the hardship and restrictions of the last two years are finally lifting and we can look forward to coming together with Positivity, Peace & Joy. My Monday Night Live Virtual Offering via zoom will continue which ensures that you can continue to enjoy yoga from the comfort of your own home. I am so pleased and excited to announce a brand new Tuesday Night In Person Hatha & Meditation Class at a new venue Shaw & Crompton Royal British Legion starting on the 1st of February. This is now available to pre-book online or there will be a small number of drop in places available on the night. From the 16th of February we are re-opening the doors to the beautiful & atmospheric Manchester Yoga Central Studio where I will resume my Wednesday night class. This is only available to book online via Manchester Yoga Central. I also offer one to one tuition classes in Oldham from Friday to Sunday. These are tailored to suit your individual needs. I am very much looking forward to our coming together in the near future whether it be online or in person.
Gentle Yoga into Meditation
In this 75 min class we will move through a series of postures working initially from the floor and then up through to standing. This is a Hatha based practice with influences of Yin. It is a beautiful, breath led class to awaken your body and prepare you for the week ahead both physically and mentally. We will close with a Guided Mindful Meditation. This class is offered via zoom. It is suitable for all levels including Beginners. Go to the 'Book Online' section of this website.
New Class in Oldham: Hatha & Meditation.
Brand new in person Class starting on Tuesday 1st of February at Shaw & Crompton Royal British Legion ( 1 Newton Street, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 8NX) at 6.30pm. This is a 75 min Hatha based class where we will work through a number of asanas from Limbering through to Sun Salutations to Balances back to floor and the practice of Yin. We will close with a guided Mindful Meditation ( Savasana). This class is suitable for all levels including Beginners. This is available to pre-book by going to the 'Book Online' section.

Manchester Yoga Central : Slow Flow into Guided Meditation.
In this 75 min class we will open with a breath-led and Taoist inspired Moving Meditation and then work through a Slow Flow practice incorporating breath led gentle rhythmic movement as we link and sweep through a range of asanas. From Sun Salutations through to deep yin postures I will take you through a guided meditation to close the practice.

Private One to One Tuition
One to one tuition can be a tremendous way to either begin your yoga journey or further develop your skills. Each class is tailored to meet your needs and aspirations. An initial consultation will be necessary to establish what your requirements are and then we can agree on the best way forward to meet your needs. Classes can take place in person at my home studio in Oldham. Rates start at £35 per hour with initial consultation free.
My Story so far
A Life of Balance
Sharon first discovered and fell in love with the practice of yoga in 2006 whilst travelling around Asia. Her enthusiasm never wanes as she continues to learn, grow and share this Wonderful Gift of Yoga. In her teaching she encourages each individual to seek and find that true sweet connection between the body and mind via the breath. Sharon teaches Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. She teaches at her own home studio in Oldham called My Yoga Seed as well as other venues in and around Oldham and She manages and teaches at Manchester Yoga Central in Old Trafford.
