Virtual & In Person Classes.

My Story so far
A Life of Balance
I first discovered yoga whilst travelling through Asia (India, Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam) in 2006 and 2007. Upon my return I continued my yoga journey trying out many different styles of yoga to see what felt right both for me spiritually, mentally & in my physical body. Over the years I have trained with Diane Long, Donna Farhi and some amazing local teachers such as Nikki Hambrook, Jane Craggs, Jacqui Wells and Maureen Wray to name but a few. Eventually no longer able to ignore the calling, I undertook my 200hr teacher training with Yoga Campus in Manchester. I have also completed further studies in Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra. Being on a Yoga Journey involves continuous learning, exploration and development which I love to both embrace and to share. My teaching encourages the participant to seek and find that true sweet connection between the body and mind via the breath. I aim always to offer up a well rounded yoga class including meditation, pranayama, a sprinkling of yogic philosophy as well as the practice of asanas. I teach & also manage Manchester Yoga Central as well as The Yoga Seed in Oldham. Due to the current pandemic I have taken my teaching online but hope to soon return to teaching in studios also.
